Valbart Srl's production equipment uses the latest
automation technology and is specially
engineered to meet the requirements of advanced
large valve manufacturing.
This includes large CNC horizontal and vertical
boring mills with tool changers, NC lathes, and
NC machining centers for valve bodies and parts.
Valbar Srl has qualified procedures, welders, and
welding operators for all major weld processes.
The production testing equipment is designed to
safely and efficiently test 100% of the current
production of low- and high-pressure valves in
strict accordance with industry codes and
standards, as well as customer-imposed criteria.
