The units are mainly single row, double row andthree-row reciprocating pumps. Refer to each parameter table for specific parameters.Its flow is 30-5000 L/h and its maximum exit pressure is 35.0MPa. An electromagnetic adjustable speedmotor, or a fixed rotating speed motor, or a variable frequency and variable speed motor, or an explosionproof motor or an explosion proof variable frequency motor can be equipped as per actual requirements.机组安装操作事项 Instructions for installing units@ 泵的进口离储模距离越近越好 ;@ 从泵到储槽，进液、回气管路保持向上倾许，以利于管路内气体回流进入储模，进液管路禁止出现反“U"”型弯管，回气管路禁止出现“U ”型弯管 ;进液、回气管路尽量采用球阔或闸阀，避免截止阅，减少管路弯头，减小管路阻力 ;进液、回气管路做好保温 ;为了机组或附属管路的安全，操作更加方便，建议配置出液 / 出气压力联锁装置，自动控制 ;往复泵运行 600 小时后，更换电机方向，使传动箱反转，提高传动箱寿命。 o ©@ @ ® @9The pump inlet shall be close to the storage tank as possible.From the pump to the storage tank, the liquid inlet and air return pipeline shall be kept upward sloping tomake the air inside the pipeline return to the storage tank. Elbows shall be reduced to reduce pipeline resistance;@ Thermal insulation shall be performed for the liquid inlet pipeline and the air return pipeline;@ Inorder to keep the safety of the unit or auxiliary pipelines and facilitate operation, a liquid outlet/air outletpressure interlocking device with automatic control can be equipped;© After the reciprocating pump is operated for 600 hours, the motor direction can be changed to make thetransmission case rotate in a reversed direction so as to enhance the service life of the transmission case.@08
