涉及到注塑类零部件时，为了增加零件强度，经常需要增加一些加强筋（肋），下面的图表介绍了如何设置加强筋厚度及倒圆角大小。

Designers Notebook:设计准则：

• Rib thickness should be 50-75% of the wall thickness.加强筋的厚度取壁厚的50-75%。
• Fillet radius should be 40-60% of the rib thickness.加强筋与壁之间的倒圆角取加强筋厚度的40-60%。
• Rib root thickness should not be more than 25% greater than the wall thickness.加强筋根部厚度不能超过壁厚的25%。
• Rib depth shoud not be more than 5 times the rib thickness.加强筋的高度不能超过壁厚的5倍。
• Taper ribs for mould release.设置拔模角度，方便脱模。
